I have been employed with Walmart stores Inc. for 22 years. I have held positions of assistant manager, shift manager, store manager, facilitator, and Senior manager of Talent Development, Market Human Resource Manager, and Market eCommerce Manager . I have multiple years of experience in leading and managing hundreds of associates being responsible for total store operations, compliance, sales, and profitability. In addition I have 12 years of multi facility management with talent development, Human Resources, and eCommerce. I spent 12 years with the talent development group. I was responsible for the execution of associate development and developmental programs for all associates in the states of Ohio and Michigan. I had 8 direct reports who were responsible for the delivery of programs. I was responsible for project management and overseeing the roll out of new programs with input and decision making processes for the development of new programs. I have also spent 4 years in a generalist hr role responsible for 19 stores overseeing HR functions. I am currently the Market eCommerce manager responsible for online process including on line grocery pickup and delivery for 22 stores.
