I received my undergraduate in International Business, with a minor in French from Cal Poly Pomona in 1996. I'm fluent in Spanish and English. I've worked in the Information Services Industry for over 23 years now. I started as an Order Implementation Specialist and subsequently completed the Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNA & CCNP) series of tests. I then went on to earn my Masters in Telecommunications Management from Keller Graduate School of Business, which facilitated my promotion to Management. I'm currently working as a Solution Architect at BT. I got my ITIL v3 Foundation and Intermediate Certification in Dec 2017. I'm looking for further investment and possibly career opportunities.
