While the titles have changed, my goal has always been to improve the status quo.

I have a genuine passion for people and process to support the right outcomes.

A BSc (Hons) in IT, Business Mgt and German Language provided me with the theoretical foundation and subsequent roles have enabled me to build the practical skills associated with executing the task at hand.

IT roles have included IT Support, Helpdesk Analyst, Trend Analyst, (Snr) Problem Manager and Incident & Problem Analyst.

Non-IT roles contributing to my skills-base have been Director Events for IT Service Management Forum NZ (itSMFnz), Confectionery seller, Lifeguard, Bar Person and Receptionist.

I love the pro-active side to process management - and learning more about the alternative methodologies that make the professional world a better place to be.
