The focus of my work is risk management and usability engineering for medical devices. In my position, I act as an interface between users and the development department. As a risk manager, I pay attention to the safety of patients, users and third parties. I also like to be called upon to find creative and resilient solutions in a highly regulated environment. I have a broad clinical background and approach all other aspects of my work with an open mind and an eagerness to learn. I am happy to pass on my acquired knowledge in a competent manner. Analytical thinking, a sense of responsibility and initiative coupled with my own problem-solving skills and the ability to deal with conflict openly and constructively in a team enables me to make decisions or to share in them. I have a high level of stress resistance, the ability to control, persuasiveness and assertiveness.
