o Upgrade UC and UCCE components from 9.0 to 10.5, 10.5 to 11.6 and 11.6 to 12.6 in Enterprise Environment where 40,000 end points and 22,000 Contact Center Agents involved.
o Deployed Cisco UC infrastructure by replacing the traditional Nortel PBX in phased manner by integrating Cisco and Nortel PBX.
o Integrate Cisco Contact Center platform with Oracle SBC and AT&T 10-Gig SIP Trunk platform to support large scale PSTN Calls
o Handle POC projects like Cisco UCCE in Azure, AWS Connect Solution and Integration with Salesforce
