I love building consumption-based, technical sales teams who are focused on delivering positive business outcomes for our customers.

The favorite part about my job is recruiting, hiring and developing sales rockstars. I have built two sales teams soup to nuts in my career: one focused on key logos (modern digital enterprises) and the other focused on our most strategic existing customers in the Southwest United States.

The tie that binds my 15+ years of experience is my work with developers across multiple capacities. This includes my first role as a Support Manager managing a 24x7x365 Tier 2 Help Desk, in addition to roles as a Technical Account Manager, an Account Executive, and now as a Sales Leader. As a Sales Leader I thrive in helping my team understand the developer persona along with their goals and challenges and giving them a repeatable playbook to sell value around their workloads.

In my spare time I enjoy improv, macaroni and cheese and volunteer work, particularly when it comes to dogs and children (in no particular order).
