This journey of observation, learning, achieving and failing made me the manager I am.

For the past thirty years, I have led researchers and developers to achievements through inspiring leadership, challenge, and mentorship.
The broad technological and managerial vision I bring allows me to identify the critical point technologically, operationally, and commercially, mark the path to success and score any challenge.

I bring proven results in strategic planning and execution, decision making, organizational adjustments, and project management in engineering and cyber.

I managed a budget of over $150 mil a year and medium to large organizations (100-2000).
