Most of my experience is in implementing and improving business processes. Even when I worked as a Material Planner I was people and process oriented. I guess that is why I've chosen to change my career path from logistics & operations to IT professional.
I think that I have what it takes to lead people in order to induce changes so my goal is to get to a management position where I can realize my potential.
