Since 2011, I have been a health activist, promoting issues related to women's health. I am currently advising the Linda Joy Pollin Cardiovascular Wellness Center for Women at Hadassah-Ein Karem.

For the past twenty years, I’ve worked as a writing coach and editorial consultant, helping clients create materials that encapsulate who they are, personally and professionally. I specialize in application essays for college and graduate programs, business schools, law schools, and medical schools. I help my clients choose which stories to tell and then edit the prose they write, helping them to capture their individuality, strengths, and special talents. More than 95 percent of my clients advance to the interview stage and have been accepted to at least one university or graduate program, generally one of their top choices. I draw on years of working as a journalist and experience with creative writing. I bring a sense of humor, a penchant for adventure, and a genuine interest in people to the job. In tandem, I have worked for many years as an academic editor, editing scholarly articles, dissertations, and presentations.
