With more than twenty years experience as a technology executive, I bring hands-on IoT and software expertise, a wealth of international experience, and technical know-how blended with an entrepreneurial vision to Software AG.

I learned from my journey across different countries and cultures that diversity is a crucial element in building an environment that stimulates creativity and innovation. Being inclusive is a fundamental part of my business approach and the future of Software AG rests on our ability to deliver innovative solutions for our customers. And this can only happen if we recognize and harness the diverse range of thoughts, experiences, and skills across our company.

I have been a frequent guest speaker at industry events and conferences where I demonstrate the value of the connected IoT ecosystem and my obsession for customer-centric innovations that can deliver unprecedented organizational performance.

I am a citizen of the world, born in India, and having worked and lived in England, Finland, Belgium, Holland, and Germany. I’m also an avid cyclist and runner, and currently reside in Darmstadt, Germany.
