- Experience in process implementation of SEI-CMM Level 5 activities. Awarded for achieving high process compliance in the project three times in a row at clients place
- Conducted training on “Structured Software Testing” to large audience of testers and non-testers. Awarded for conducting excellent training at clients place
- Expert in performance monitoring and analysis. Received award for resolving the performance issue for one of the critical application
