Sayan has a focus on sales and acquisitions of investment grade assets, deal structuring and debt and equity rising for international and local developers and landlords. He involved in every stage of real estate investment transactions including investment valuation, commercial negotiations, Due Diligence, MOU and SPA negotiations and deal closing.
Sayan works in commercial real estate since 2006 and has very deep and detailed knowledge of real estate investment market and value drivers. Prior to joining PwC he worked for 4 years in Colliers International as a Director in Capital Markets team and for 7 years in Capital Markets group in Cushman & Wakefield. During past 15 years Sayan participated in successful closing of number significant investment transactions. The total amount of these deals exceeds $4 billion.

Landmark sale of Central Telegraph - trophy asset located at 7 Tverskaya street in close proximity to the Kremlin on behalf of Rostelecom - largest Russian telecom corporation;
Investment sale of Meridian Tower - office property with over 22,000 sqm GBA mainly leased to international tenants including Shell, Michelin, Mary Kay and many others;
Investment sale of landmark Mercedes-Benz Plaza office center with over 16,000 sqm GBA to Region Group of Companies;
Sale of several properties on behalf of Sponda including Bakhrushin House business center and 2 Solnechniy shopping centers;
The largest investment deal on the office market in Russia – the sale of Horus portfolio for gross value of $1 billion to O1 Properties;
Investment sale of one of the best Grade A+ office buildings on Russian market - Ducat Place III on behalf of Hines for $370 ml;
Investment sale of the landmark office and retail building Actor Gallery to SOFAZ (Sovereign Oil Fund of Azerbaijan) for $133 mln;
