Building and verticalizing into new markets scailing teams and divisions from scratch including Product, Engineering, Agile, Cloud, Blockchain, SAP and Data. Managing delivery teams offshore and onsite.

Expertise partnering and solution designing for DeepTech, FinTech, MarTech, InsurTech and RegRech as well as working with Start-Ups, Scale-Ups and Series Funded and Unicorn Status companies.

I have been integral in defining overall business strategies, looking at market trends, current and future drivers, future innovative solutions and talent mapping against the latest technologies. 

My big passion outside of work is my family and football, I am married and have 3 beautiful kids. I am a FA Qualified football coach and currently coach at Grassroots level with Wargrave Women and Girls FC, We were awarded the Queen's Award for Services to Grassroots Girls Football alongside my peers at WWGFC. I am a qualified Mental Health First Aider.
