For over two decades, I've worked with organizations to minimize stress, deliver excellence, and build engagement. I help leaders and business owners achieve better results through engagement and service excellence.
As Director of Premier Inc.’s Office of International Affairs and a subcontractor to USAID, my experience includes serving as U.S. Advisor to The Kremlin Hospital (yes, that one), to create a new healthcare infrastructure and foreign patient department. Working 100 hours and three countries/week in Eastern Europe, I needed to shift my paradigm and get my life back. I needed to reduce stress and achieve balance.
For me, that meant using my platform as a Speaker and becoming one of three nurses worldwide with the coveted CSP/FAAN designation. My expertise in leadership development, service excellence, engagement, and stress/crisis management helps you to answer the difficult question, “What if…”
Current Chair of the NSA Certification Committee, Past President of The National Speakers Association-DC, and the Infusion Nurses Society, past chair of the INCC, and a recipient of the Dr. Thomas Frist Humanitarian Award, I give back.
