Sourav has rich global professional experience in semiconductor industry (16+ years, served MNCs like Intel | ARM | IBM | Infineon | Qualcomm) after Masters from IITR - primarily on implementation and innovative methodology development for complex Microprocessors and custom memories covering spectrum of technical and management roles.

In last few years, Sourav contributed individually and mentored many others on innovation and intellectual property eco-system in different capacity and holds 70+ US granted patents & a number of IEEE publications - also served as reviewers of different IEEE journals.

Sourav is associated with multiple innovation firms/incubators/accelerators as well as academia on innovation & entrepreneurship related consulting and mentoring (EdTech, HealthTech, FinTech, AgriTech as focus areas) helping as solution and product strategy driver. Sourav also wears an entrepreneurship hat as co-founder of a socio-tech start-up named ImpactLife Solutions.

While in academics, Sourav was batch Topper in Bachelors and Masters Programme and also prestigious GE Scholarship recipient for Masters Programme. Sourav also made into final selection list in prestigious Engineering Service Examination, India (Electronics, 2003, AIR-25) before joining Semicon industry.
