The common thread in my career, is customer-centric marketing and communication. Based on customer insights, I develop, implement and execute holistic marketing and communication by enabling all campaigns, flows, customer journeys, activities and concepts to complement each other, thus giving the customer relevance and value. I use CX, CRM, branding, media, dialogue, SoMe, ecommerce and digitization in interaction to acquire, retain and develop customer relationships. Branding is the sum of all the experiences the customer has with the company. I focus on customer experience excellence in all efforts and in all points of contact with the customer. In addition, customers expect a personalized experience with the company regardless of channel. Turning data into insights and omnichannel capabilities are therefore essential. I have successfully developed and implemented insights driven omnichannel marketing and communications several times. With the combination of data driven customer experience and omnichannel I have achieved the stated objectives, whether it's sales, customer acquisition and retention as well as growing in competitive markets.
