I acquired those experiences with large teams in Multicultural B2B & B2C environments. I worked for Public, Family and Private Equity owned companies, in channels as Retail, Consumer Goods, Automotive OEM and Aftermarket to Semiconductor & Lighting.

As a result, I’m hands-on and fast learning. I can navigate likewise in Complex Organizational Structures and in a more Entrepreneurial ones, to successfully implement strategies that generates short-term results, whilst maintaining a long-term growth perspective and Employee Engagement.

I have a passion for technology and how it could be part of the solution to climate change and sustainability.
