I believe the key to my drive and my success is the fact that I really do care about finding the perfect home for my clients and I want to present the homes they sell in a way that sets them apart from other homes on the market. I want the process to be as enjoyable and as fun as it can be for my clients. When I find the right property for my client, I get so excited! I think my enthusiasm and energy shine through to my clients, and it changes the home buying process from being a stressful experience, to a fun and enjoyable one.
Buyers who work with me can expect to receive my one-on-one dedication and personalized service. This usually means my buyers will see fewer homes than they might with another agent. I like to get to know my buyers on a personal level, so that I can be intuitive in knowing what properties are not going to work for a specific buyer and thus search for and guide them towards the home that will fulfill their dreams.
Clients selling can count on my instinctive ability to market their property and shine light on the home to help match it with the right potential buyers. In order to sell a home, you have to know what sets that home apart from the rest of the market and make sure you are doing all you can to present those attributes.
I believe in what I do and what I am selling. To me, I am not just selling four walls and a roof, I am selling home; I am selling gatherings, holidays, future memories, skinned knees, meals shared, friends and family. I know the area, I understand the market, and I feel the nuances of my client's home. Then, using all of that, I make sure it catches the eyes of the true buyers.
