Iam a Visual Communication graduate formally trained in Advertising, Multimedia, User research methodologies, Creative Technologies and certified UX-PM specialist.. My role as a Experience Director in cognizant is to first value the user experience design and ensure that user-centered design methodologies and design centric culture are spread and implemented across the organization. My role is to carefully craft the vision and optimize the design process by facilitating effective communication with the team and clients. Understand and get familiar with the various abilities of the UX design team and see how UX goes beyond the boundaries. I have been guiding the design team around 10 years to help them translate user problems and requirements into tasks, Include and engage multidisciplinary team members in the design process.
