Training Development: Partnered with management to develop training that provided solutions to employee performance issues. Worked with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy technical content. Developed training curricula in accordance with current American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) practices for adult learners. Conducted needs analysis, developed course goals and objectives, created relevant learning activities and materials, conducted course effectiveness evaluations, and adjusted program content or delivery techniques according to learner feedback. Established course effectiveness assessments to include more than learner surveys. Qualified in implementation of all aspects ADDIE Training Model (Asses, Design, Develop, Implement (pilot), and Evaluate).

Trainer: Delivered quality training to support several corporate objectives to diverse audiences. Conducted numerous “Train the Trainer” sessions. Utilized various delivery methods including ILT and asynchronous platforms. Training ranged from technical courses to new product introductions to sales orientations. Incorporated adult learning theory practices into all instruction. Developed and administered written and practical learning assessments.
