• Improved Customer Reliability Engineering processes and established actionable metrics to assist in build automation issue root cause analysis, resulting in a 48% increase in virtual server straight through build automation reliability within four months of assuming this responsibility
• Acted as a subject matter expert to help drive the Wells Fargo Enterprise Agile Transformation, as the processes and tools developed under my leadership for IaaS services were adopted as best practices benchmark for the full-scale transformation efforts

My personal accomplishments include:
• Management of aircraft “war games” efforts as part of the USAF Battlestaff team
• Participated in a public relations mission with the German military after the Berlin Wall came down
• Awarded a National Defense Service Medal for participation in multiple war campaigns throughout the 1990's
