I’m a passionate user experience designer with over 15 years of expertise in product, interaction, and visual design. I’m fascinated by people’s behaviours and interaction, and my goal is to deliver valuable products to people.
As a design manager, I’ve built and led several teams of UX and UI designers, guiding them through the process of research, interaction and visual design, up to usability testing and success validation.
I started my career as an industrial designer working with the disabled population, and after my MA, found my passion and interest in the field of interaction design.
I’ve designed B2C and B2B services, flash websites, and complex web applications, and I’ve created apps for feature phones, smartphones and tablets.
I’ve interviewed users around the globe, facilitated and led ideation workshops, have covered countless rooms with sketches and post-its, and I still feel lucky enough to approach my work with a beginner’s fascination and excitement.
Design thinking and UCD (user-centred-design) are approaches and methodologies that I introduce and promote within organizations striving to create a customer-centric culture.
