What is a Credit?
You can reveal contact details of a profile by clicking the 'Reveal' button in Improver Extension. If Improver successfully finds contacts of the profile - you will be charged 1 Credit. If there are no contact details, you won't be charged.
Is revealing the same contact several times counted each time?
No. Revealing contacts several times for a profile is counted only once.
How do I start using Improver?
To use Improver you need to download Сhrome extension and login to your account. Please note that we accept only corporate email addresses for registration.
Will you charge me for using Improver Match feature?
No, Improver Match is free so far.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel Improver monthly or annual plans at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for any unused Credits. To cancel your subscription, please, contact us: email@example.com.
How does subscription work? Will you charge me every month/year automatically?
After entering subscription you will be automatically charged every month/year. If you no longer want the service, let us know, and we will cancel the subscription. Please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I share my credits with other users?
If you want to share your credits with teammates, please, let us know and we will help you to implement the right plan for your team. Contact us via email email@example.com.
Can I shift unused credits to the next month?
No. We will provide you with new credits according to your plan; unused credits will expire at the end of each period.

Do you provide API access?
