Previously Global HRBP for Refreshment R&D Category working on talent, performance, culture change, organisation & leadership development. Other experiences include Factory Operational, Global Talent and HRBP in TIGI, an acquired business within Unilever with separate P&L, partnering cross-functional leaders.

In my spare time I love to travel, dedicate significant time to volunteering, but my 'second job' is triathlon - highlights include 10th in my Age Group at the Ironman World Championships in Kona & competing for Great Britain at Age Group Europeans (5th).
