Organized from “Ground Zero” a production line of assembling Slot Machines for all Racetracks across Ontario. Analyzed and formulated goals, prioritized tasks, built schedules and prepared tools, parts and auxiliary equipment. Trained and motivated technicians to assemble slot machines, set up options and resolve problems during assembly. All machines were successfully checked, sealed by AGCO and ready to go to the sites at least one month before first scheduled shipment date. Saved Ontario Slot Operations tens of thousands of dollars on inventory.
