As a professional in IT and business transformation for 14 years, I have successfully completed projects delivering growth enablement, cost reduction and process optimisation, and organisation restructure through programs or projects across multiple industries.

I have worked in Canada and Hong Kong in both English and Cantonese speaking environments, and also engaged with various levels of stakeholders in Asia Pacific. Besides project delivery, I am also successful in mentoring and coaching staff in project management, PMO and business analysis.
