I have 20 years of senior-level executive search experience focused in the life sciences. I have conducted C-level (Chief Medical Officers, Chief Scientific Officers, Non-Executive Board Member) as well as Vice President-level assignments in Clinical Development, External R&D Innovation, Medical Affairs, Translational Medicine and Business Development.

My clients range from venture capital and private equity firms and their portfolio companies to well established pharmaceutical and biotech companies in US and Europe.

Prior to creating my own firm, Artis BioMedica, I served as the Recruiting Partner for Essex Woodlands Health Ventures, a leading life sciences focused growth equity firm with $3.0 B under management. In that role, I was responsible for developing strategic relationships with C-Level executives across all sectors of the healthcare industry. I advised portfolio companies on recruiting senior executives, board members and advisors. Additionally, I spearheaded the firm’s efforts to significantly expand their team of investment professionals as they closed a $600M fund.

Earlier in my career, I was a member of Heidrick & Struggles’ Global Healthcare Practice.

I have built a strong network of relationships with executives in life sciences companies and world-renowned KOLs at leading academic research centers in US and Europe.

I lived and worked in Paris for 3 years and am fluent in French.
