I am a polylingual social and market research analyst with 12+ years of practice in the application of both qualitative and quantitative research methods. I have a sound experience in methodology development, questionnaire design, data analysis, program evaluation and monitoring. I am a good user of SPSS, NVivo, ArcGIS and MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

During the first 6 years of my career, I mainly took participation in policy-relevant social projects at national and local levels. At this period I have traveled almost all regions of Kazakhstan by doing many fieldworks.
The last 5+ years I have been running a small agency focused on the promotion of data-driven decision making. The Agency delivers a high-quality of research and analytic services as well as training to private and public sectors, NGOs, think-tanks, and academia.

Overall I have participated in more than 50 research projects. My empathy, language proficiency, training and advocacy skills are core premises of successful achievements.
