As a senior product manager, I take a look at the big picture, then boil it down to individual parts while working on product strategy, development and overall maintenance of our internal HR product portfolio.

To put it another way, I help make our products better so they get more results for IBM. It’s a great way to spend the 9 to 5!

There’s more to me though, like software development, hiring, developing and leading teams that meet or exceed business objectives. I’m skilled at engaging clients and prospects to develop products and solutions that meet their needs and the needs of the broader marketplace. Plus I have the useful ability to adapt and succeed in the face of adversity, meet goals and deliver large and small projects on time and within budget at different companies with varying cultures and technologies.
