Jonathan is currently the Executive Creative Director at SoFi.
Before joining SoFi, Jonathan was the Executive Creative Director at Evernote where he relaunched the brand in 2018. Jonathan joined Evernote after 2 years as the ECD at R/GA Austin, where he helped build that office's creative capabilities and oversaw campaign work for Frito-Lay, Crocs, Race Trac, and Verizon.
Prior to joining R/GA in August 2016, he served as Executive Creative Director at Pereira & O'Dell San Francisco. During his time at Pereira, as both ECD and CD, his work ranged from the emotionally stirring films of Skype’s “Stay Together” campaign to the Lego/DC Super Hero Movie Maker app. He was named “One of the 30 Most Creative People in Mobile Advertising” by Business Insider and "The Born Friends Family Portrait" was named #4 on TIME’s list of Top Ten Commercials.
Before joining Pereira & O'Dell in 2010 Jonathan was SVP, Director of User Experience for McCann/MRM San Francisco where he built the UX practice from scratch. Between 2000-2007 he worked at both Publicis San Francisco (VP, ACD) and Razorfish San Francisco. From 1995-2000, prior to relocating to San Francisco, Jonathan worked for Computer Sciences Corporation and Progressive in Austin, TX.
