Lisa Caserta is a creative, analytical, detail-oriented technical writer, with experience in handling multiple projects/tasks.
In her roles as a technical writer and in leading the department's online documentation publishing team, she coordinated the activities of other contributing writers, served as liaison between the Documentation group and the project cross-functional team, provided training and support to the documentation publishing team, and drove project deliverables to completion. As a member of a cross-functional Agile project team, she performed rudimentary engineering and quality assurance tasks as well as assuming primary responsibility for the team's documentation deliverables.
She is also a certified paralegal graduate from Mount Wachusett Community College's Paralegal Certificate Program where she gained experience in writing case briefs, complaints, interrogatories, production of documents, and performing legal research using published references and the internet sites LexisNexis and Westlaw.
