I am a Project Management & Production Lead and Creative Services Director. I’ve worked for global brands and international agencies in both freelance as well as permanent roles.

My experience includes setting up and managing multi-disciplinary creative and production teams, integrated project & studio management and creative production (design, artbuying, photography & print, video, digital), budget planning & tracking and establishing best project management practices.

I am passionate about organizational design and improving team structures in order to provide and co-create a safe, healthy & effective work environment.
My strengths include defining responsibilities & setting up work flows, improving interdepartmental communication and stakeholder management.

Working together with many global Business Affairs departments I am also quite fluent when it comes to contracts, legal negotiations and talent releases.

Originally from Germany I've spend most of my professional life in The Netherlands and Spain, working with people from all over the world.
