I am a Senior level Medical Systems Professional with over 15 years of experience in the Medical Device space. I have recently worked with companies, as small as stealth start-ups to multi-billion dollar multi-nationals, to bring Medical Devices from inception to market. I specialize in the safe/private Firmware, Software, and Data verticals within Medical Device Programs.

I participate in all Leadership phases within a Program. Whether that means creating the product architecture, writing testable requirements, contributing to design reviews, collaborating on test protocols or writing documentation that will support international regulatory scrutiny.

I’m comfortable operating in either a Waterfall or Agile environment. However, as a certified SCRUM Master and Agile Software Practices Leader, I favor Agile approaches.

I have strong written and oral communications skills. I am a Toastmasters Chapter President and have won multiple original speech competitions. I often leverage my communication skills to negotiate creative goal setting.
