A servant leader who develops relationships, thinks critically, and leverages data for decision making. He has 6-year experience in start-up and technology project management. In addition to a graduate degree in tech entrepreneurship, he has a Scrum Master Certification and is currently working on PMP. He particularly co-founded 2 startups in the eCommerce and Crowdfunding sectors, he also competed and won in major startup pitch and storytelling competitions in Barcelona and Moscow. After a couple of years of startup experience, he continued discovering the tech world by joining a software development company as a project manager.

He also brings in a competitive mindset, he specifically has successfully finished several marathons. His current goal is to finish in under 3 hours at the PEI Marathon and earn the Boston Qualifier. He has a rich international background and is originally from Kyrgyzstan. He speaks 6 languages and is currently learning French.

From April 2020 till December 2020 he had a productive 8 months Coop Internship as a project coordinator at the Halifax-based software development company Modest Tree and was offered a 3 months contract.

In January 2021 he successfully completed his graduate studies in Technology Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Saint Mary's University. Also in January 2021 he earned a Professional Scrum Master (PSM 1) Certification from Scrum.org
