I’m a people’s person and always have been, which led me to my choices of study fields and career. I’ve always wanted to connect people and facilitate communication between people so that connections and relationships are meaningful.
Early on in my career I also discovered my passion for organizational development and change management and I was fortunate enough to be able to combine all my expertise and skills into the role of change, innovation and knowledge director at the bank.
In my current position I serve as Director of Social Media, Community Engagement & Strategy in the bank. The department’s mission is to develop the bank’s strategy for online presence on social media, build communities to create dialog and listen to our partners wherever they are and provide real value to them.
