Assistant Director, Career Management and Corporate Engagement, Office of Professional Education at Northwestern University
I’m a passionate leader with more than 16 years of progressive experience guiding students toward the development of successful careers in their chosen industries. Over the years, I’ve played a key role in forging powerful relationships with universities and industry leading companies to create new opportunities for students and alumni, led the planning and launch of numerous programs and events, and provided both classroom and one-on-one guidance in job skills and professional development. I genuinely love connecting with people in all industries and helping lay the groundwork for individuals to reach their highest goals. My qualifications include a Master of Science degree, ongoing professional training, and years of achievement contributing to the collaborative attainment of ambitious objectives.
With a focus on quality, productivity, and authenticity, I offer a dynamic and positive approach to leading others. I believe in order for an organization to succeed, every team member—from student workers to corporate executives—must have the necessary resources to adequately perform their roles. I take pride in my ability to meet people on their level to help recognize and effectively utilize their talents. As Assistant Director of Career Management at Northwestern University, I’ve served on multiple advisory boards and committees, launched a successful three-year external relations plan, and played a key role in maintaining a job and internship placement rate of 95% since 2016.
