I'm a researcher at heart and in practice, a keen reader, an avid learner, and just plain curious about almost everything (except for baseball - still waiting for someone to explain why I should care about that.)

I'm a firm believer in the importance of lifelong learning & curiosity, the necessity of deep humility, and the boundless power of human relationships.

I’m also a techno-optimist because I genuinely believe technology can be THE great equalizer, democratizing access to incredible financial, educational, and social benefits for us all.

These days, I'm doing my best to build modern, progressive, and impactful research teams, fueling incredible mission-driven companies with the insights they need to delight users and flourish.

I also care deeply about the broader UX community, and I'm dedicated to teaching, mentoring, and coaching grad students, early career UX professionals and peers who are looking for some guidance or learning.
