Growing my first tech business for 9 years in cloud, cyber and data services, I founded Alphalake AI in January 2019 to focus on bringing much needed efficiency and service improvement in healthcare whilst developing this new Company 2.0 mission and culture.

By enabling better information flow and optimised process automation for health providers, our work seeks to unify healthcare via an AI-based digital assistant bot running in Microsoft Teams, which serves as a lifeline to overburdened health workers by automating their administrative tasks.

Returning humans to human care, "Alphabot-for-Teams" integrates with a no-code platform containing healthcare-specific Connectors, so non-technical healthchare workers are equipped to easily design and kick-off automated workflows that streamline processes across multiple systems.

Together, with the ability to retrieve FHIR data resources from any health application, our vision for semi-autonomous healthcare is beginning to be realised.

Alphalake also provides consultancy and follow-the-sun support in health tech strategy, RPA, Process and Data Optimisation, Digital Health IX/UI DevOps, Data Systems and API Integration Services.
