I am a Resource Manager - Recruiter at Aquent Studios. Currently, I lead recruiting and talent relationship efforts for our stellar creative, marketing, & design teams who perform work for the clients I service. These include some of the largest Fortune 500 & Fortune 100 brands worldwide. I pride myself on finding amazing candidates for my clients & amazing roles for my candidates. Each Studios Team & client organization that I work with has a diverse set of needs that I strive to meet. I have also in the past been charged with project managing new team standups. At times, when Aquent Studios obtained a new client I managed the process of recruiting for the initial team for that client including recruitment project kick-off, order delegation, meeting scheduling and leading, as well as general liaising between different required business units at Aquent to make sure the entire stand up goes as smoothly as possible.

I love my job because I spend my days talking to some of the most interesting people the world has to offer - creatives. I assist people & watch their careers progress as they graduate from college, & grow into upper-level positions. I improve my clients' businesses by providing amazing talent & candidates' lives, by finding roles with better hours, pay, & amazing benefits. I get to be the bridge to a better world for everyone involved!

I hold a B.S.B.A. Management from Walden University where I graduated Summa cum Laude in November of 2012.

I hold a M.S. in Communications & New Media from Walden University where I graduated in December 2019.

I am currently working towards a 360 Degree Digital Marketing Certificate through Cornell University.
