Implemented structural review and tracking process to improve the observability and the controllability on the overall NPI Process. Implemented the Critical Chain methodology, global Buffer management as well as the use of Templates on all projects in the Israeli design center. Later drove the use of this methodology across all Freescale.

General Manager of Freescale’s VLSI Design Center in Israel (650 employees in two sites). More then nineteen years of experience in R&D and product design. Proficient in all areas relating to VLSI design: project management, customer relationships, people management, VLSI architecture, roadmap definition, and hardware & software development. Led the VLSI design center to become best in class in Systems On a Chip (SoC) design by developing high quality and profitable products on-time. Successfully established advanced project development and tracking methodologies. Worked in partnership with internal and customer teams worldwide.
