Senior Product Manager - Numbering & Number Portability

Joined BT straight from school in 1982 as an apprentice. After working my way through various engineering roles and a spell as a QMS manager I ended up in BT Wholesale in 2001 where I've been ever since. My main areas of work in BTW have been around numbering, TDM Interconnect, Direct Conveyance, NTS, Inbound Services, and now Hosted Communication Services (HCS). Along the way I've collected a Diploma in Management Studies from the Open Business School, and an MSc in Telecom Engineering for BT from UCL. Outside of work I try and keep fit in the gym I've built at the bottom of the garden. I'm also a school governor and additionally chair the school's Local Advisory Board (LAB) for Career Ready (formerly Careers Academy UK).
