Also securing the Master Franchise Rights in Australia for Focus Brands' American baked goods chain Cinnabon, by powering persuasive negotiations as Bansal's primary contact.

► Disrupted the Australian market with the Zambrero brand, launching 24 restaurants in 24 months. I also took Zambrero to the streets of QLD, by delivering the first fully operational offsite premise and accelerated top-line sales by introducing liquor licensing for the group.
