A graduate of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Oxford, I have trained thousands of people around the world during the last 20 years. I have worked with large Israeli and global companies such as Elbit, Philips, NICE, Verint, ICQ, HP, Frog, and many others including large Israeli banks (Hapoalim and Diskont). I work with private and public sector companies and individuals in Israel, Eastern Europe, and worldwide.

I also work extensively with global companies providing Cross-Cultural training programs with a focus on Russian, Eastern European, and Israeli business culture.

My style is highly pragmatic and based on a result-oriented approach. I am a vibrant speaker and a lecturer keeping my audience involved with dozens of examples and case studies, as well as humor and numerous stories.

I was born in St. Petersburg, Russia, but live in Israel since 1991. I live, work, and dream in Hebrew, Russian, and English.
