Network and PC hardware as well as programming and software support. I am a proven IT and Technical Support Professional with strong managerial skills. I enjoy solving complex technical issues with creative reasoning and troubleshooting. I usually prefer the company culture of small to medium-sized organizations and the satisfaction that comes with helping others. I am a fast learner with a specialization in proprietary hardware and software, and I excel at translating technical concepts to varied audiences in a language that makes sense to individuals at all levels of an organization. I have a proven ability to build and nurture a successful support organization including talent cultivation, SOP creation and adherence, knowledgebase building, and quality assurance.
