I am a results-oriented, business-savvy entrepreneur who specializes in optimizing logistics, streamlining processes, improving systems, strengthening organizational communication, and increasing productivity.
Ever since I was young, I have been passionate about driving business growth through product innovation, superior customer service, and authentic relationships.
Currently, I serve in a leadership capacity in Dorado Finance: A Factoring Company, a second-generation family-owned and operated factoring business. For nearly two decades Dorado has helped small and medium-size businesses who need access to immediate working capital by leveraging valid invoices. I’m proud to carry on the legacy my father began with Dorado nearly 20 years ago.
Dorado Finance serves a wide range of companies, with a special emphasis on those in the fields of transportation, logistics, manufacturing, construction, staffing, and other B2B types of businesses. Dorado’s success and growth have come entirely from providing white glove customer service in addition to competitive and flexible plans for the many companies for whom we factor their invoices.
In 2012, I founded Superior Custom Pins and currently serve as its president. SCP manufactures custom metal products for promotional, marketing or other purposes. We specialize in cloisonné, soft enamel and other types of custom lapel pins.
We understand what our customers what – quality products, great selection and excellent value. We understand the keys to success for merchandising any product line or marketing campaign.
We don’t see ourselves as only the manufacturer of your lapel pins, coins, key chains, etc. We see ourselves as an extension of your company – that’s what makes us superior.
Prior to starting Superior Custom Pins, I launched MetaSpace Designs. I was the lead author for an academic paper on MetaSpace Designs that was published in the fall 2014 edition of the American Journal of Management, a Cabels rated academic journal.
In addition, I helped start Intelligent Retinal Systems (IRIS) in 2014, pre-revenue, and grow it to the Inc500 Fastest Growing Companies List in 2017. During my time there we saved thousands of people from needlessly going blind due to diabetic retinopathy.
In the early days of my professional life I also opened two restaurants, serving in upper management positions.
Not only do I have extensive business leadership experience, I have an MBA with an emphasis on logistics and business strategy and a bachelor’s in business administration.
