Yaron served as the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Elbit Vision Systems Ltd.(OTC:EVSNF), a leading machine vision company and in 2010 made management buy out to acquire major holdings in the company. In 2018 ,after major turnaround, Yaron sold the company to USTER (direct subsidiary of Toyota).

Yaron holds degree in economics and is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
