I am a first time entrepreneur. After 2 decades in exec, operator and advisor roles, I leapt into entrepreneurship in 2020 to pursue my purpose - serving sales reps with delightful experiences and intelligent insights. We are excited to help sales teams get back into the equation and enterprises grow their topline. We’re hiring across roles with a focus on character, chemistry and competence - in that order.
A student of range, I have been fortunate to thrive across a breadth of functions from - People to Product, Strategy to Sales, Finance to IT. I enjoyed tapping into my outsider advantage, as I learned to see the business through every lens. Developed strategic orientation at McKinsey, complemented it with execution skills in operating roles at Palo Alto Networks, Egon Zehnder, Mercer, HP & eBay. I am passionate about supporting the underdog and active on the Advisory Board of multiple silicon valley startups.
My leadership approach is to help those around me - grow, be the best version of themselves, while drinking my own smoothie :) Personally, I thrive in environments where authenticity, humility and hunger matter.
