• Heading and managing a team of 50+ team members as Service Delivery Manager for the Service Request Team at Zenith InfoTech maintaining around 10,000 Servers providing support through SAAZ Remote. Responsible for resolving technical issues raised by partners as per SLA from the Technical Team at Zenith. Provide innovative ideas for enhancements of the various solutions provided by Zenith Infotech.
• Headed the ITIM (IT Infrastructure Management) team of 20 engineers across location at OTIS as Program Manager in association with Allied Digital Services Ltd..
• Headed a team of 8 engineers as a part of Facility Management Team at RALLIS India Ltd. Providing support for location all over India.
• Maintenance of SAP servers, WAN connectivity (VPN and VSAT) for Rallis at TATANET Mhape.
• Implemented additional Domain controllers at all 14 regional location, Live Communication Server and MS Exchange 2003 Server in coordination with Microsoft support partners Maestros.
